You certainly can. On Blobr, you can customize the look and feel of your portal. Among other things, you can add your own logo, customize the main colour, create custom pages, customize your domain names, set your own security rules, integrate a chat tool, etc.
Many different features are available so that you can create the developer portal you want.
Is it possible to control our custom pages’ metadata for SEO purposes? E.g., keywords, descriptions, etc.

As of yet, this isn’t possible to optimize SEO on the custom pages or the API portal.
But this is something we’re currently working on and on our roadmap: we plan on releasing this feature on the second trimester of this year.
