How does support work on Blobr?

The community is the source of truth. On the community, you will find all the questions/ answers you need.

Note that:

  • if you are on the “Start” plan, you can ask all your questions on the community.
  • if you are on the “Grow” plan, you can ask all your questions on the community but can also benefit from email support (“support@blobr.io”).
  • if you are on the “Scale” or “Entreprise” plan, you can use the community but can also chat with some Blobr folks on the live chat support on the app.
